1. Acceptance of services
By dropping off garments or using our services, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Care and cleaning
We use industry standard, eco-friendly methods. While we take every care, results can be affected by fabric age, prior treatments, dyes and care labels. Care labels guide our cleaning approach.
3. Inspection and stains
Garments are inspected on receipt. Some stains may not be fully removable without risking damage. We will use professional judgment and may contact you for special items.
4. Liability
Our liability for any single item is limited to ten times the cleaning charge of that item, not exceeding its current market value. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, loss of buttons, trims or beads, or for pre-existing damage not visible at intake.
5. Pickup and storage
Garments must be collected within 90 days of the ready date. After that period, items may be donated or disposed of and we will not be liable for them.
6. Payments
Payment is due upon collection unless other arrangements are agreed in writing for wholesale accounts. We accept common payment methods at our shop.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup so we can re-clean or address the issue. Refunds are at our discretion.
8. Wholesale accounts
Pricing, pickup schedules and payment terms for wholesale partners are agreed separately and may be amended with reasonable notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always posted on this page.
